Description
We followed the Custer Trail Auto Tour in western North Dakota as long as daylight allowed us on this perfect summer day. When the Golden Hour began we climbed to the top of a low hill, then sat down to rest and reflect on the history we had been privy to that day. Before the sun set the grasses began to glow with a golden cast and the skies were brilliant blue.
